I am an award winning HR Leader who has created and implemented talent strategies with proven impact to their top line, bottom line and cash positions.
For more than 20 years, I worked around the world shaping HR and Talent strategies for global organizations like Ahold, HEINEKEN, Shell, and WL Gore. Most recently, I led a team of 50 talent professionals at a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturing company with a $16 million budget.
Our multi-year talent strategy was delivering real results and earned three Gallup Exceptional Workplace Awards.
But even with that success, I kept seeing the same challenge across organizations. Companies talked about talent strategy, yet often hesitated to make the difficult decisions required to unlock the true value of their people. When leaders were willing to move talent out of roles where they weren’t thriving and place their strongest leaders into critical roles, the results were undeniable.
That realization led me to found Broad Breakthrough Advisory and develop the Talent Value Creation Framework. I work with bold HR leaders to identify the roles that matter most and align their top talent where it can drive the greatest business impact.
